Walker US Mobile Dielectric Fluid Purification System

Walker’s Mobile Dieletric Fluid Purification System (MDFPS) is the industry standard and a must have asset for utilities with an abundance of High-Pressure Fluid-Filled (HPFF) transmission cable.
This system is designed to efficiently remove dissolved moisture and gases from Dielectric Oil down to 10 PPM or lower in multi-pass, and the high-efficiency pleated microglass filter elements will remove particulate contamination down to 4-Micron with 99.95% efficiency.

Standard features include an inlet strainer for pump protection, a “Plugged Filter” indicator light, upstream & downstream oil sample ports, and a carbon steel skid base with spill containment lip, (4) casters, push-rail, and forklift slots.

The entire assembly is encased in a steel framework with lifting lugs on upper corner roof and walls are designed for outdoor storage and operation. Heat and ventilation are automatic. A 120VAC female plug for outdoor storage conditions.
