N2 Driven Emergency Pumping Plant

The Walker N2 driven emergency pumping plant (NDEPP) can save many hours in startup time and keep a feeder ready to energize when power has been interrupted.

When a loss of power is experienced at a pressurizing plant site, Walker’s NDEPP will provide safe fluid pressure immediately. The pump has a 4:1 pressure ratio and requires only 50psi to maintain 200psi of fluid pressure. The plant utilizes check valves and all welded construction to guarantee the integrity of feeder connections when not in service. A four bottle storage cabinet with pressure relief valves is normally supplied with the pump cabinet to provide nitrogen supply. There is a failsafe alarm that warns of low nitrogen supply and pump actuation.

The ultimate in fluid pressure backup systems.
